Company Introduction

IFE ELEVATOR was established and approved by the Ministry of Construction of the PRC, in 1988. We specialize in design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and modernization of elevators and escalators. To this date our research and development department brought out 12 modes of elevators and escalators, with 100 series. These include passenger elevators, passenger escalator, panoramic elevator, hospital / bed elevator, car elevator, freight elevator, MRL (machine roomless) elevator, CMR (compact machine room) elevator and the escalator with various capacities. The IFE property land covers an area of over 110,000 square meters. This gives us the ability to produce 8,000 elevator and 2,000 escalator units/ year.

Research and development

IFE’s research and development team comprises of senior engineers. Up to now, there have been made several developments of elevators and technologies. They filled the country blank, and the self-developed technology is advanced in its Chinese counterparts. In order to keep pace with international technology, IFE had made huge investments to import the latest of advanced equipments from Japan and Germany. For the purpose of better analysis the company management adopts Product Life-span Management (PLM) software.

Certificates

As a leading company in the elevator business, IFE became one of the first group members, who where honored with the national Class-A Certificate for its elevator manufacture, installation and maintenance. The Class-A Certificate is the highest certificate degree for elevators in China. IFE passed the testing for the ISO9001: 2008 Management System Certificate, issued by the DNV. It also adopts ERP Enterprise Resource Program and CRM software to optimize the company resource and management.

Marketing

IFE has built up a domestic sales and service network, covering all of the Chinese major cities. This allows us to provide our customers with an efficient and convenient operation in sales and service. IFE promises life-long service and maintenance for its products. Also, IFE makes all effort to expand on overseas markets recently, and has established sales networks in Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Australian, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Venezuela, Mexico, Bangladesh and Nigeria.

Service

The IFE maintenance team consists of 300 technical employees. Sales engineers, lift space designers, real estate evaluating consultants, cost accounting experts for the lift installation project and maintenance engineers form a professional service consulting team to provide the most comprehensive solution for your elevator requirement.
